You are responsible for ensuring that your account details and passwords remain confidential when using our website and agree to accept responsibility for all activities which occur under your account and password. If you become concerned that your information has become known to someone else, or that your account is being misused, please contact us immediately. Please ensure you provide us with complete and correct details when setting up your account. Please advise us should these details change at any time or you wish your details to be removed.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you. You confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website. Our Contract

The information we seek from you when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you if we have a query. When placing an order to purchase goods from Equine and Country, you will be sent a confirmation email confirming receipt of the order and the order details. A contract between you and Equine and Country will only take place once the order has been accepted, processed and items despatched, at which point your credit/debit card will be charged.

These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as do we, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We make every effort to ensure the pictures used to illustrate products on our website are accurate, however in some circumstances pictures are used for illustrative purposes only where product photographs are not available. If you are at all unsure about the item you are buying please phone us for details. If you believe the item you have purchased was represented incorrectly on our site we will provide you with a full refund and reimburse your postage back to us.

All products offered for sale by Equine and Country are priced in Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility. Occasionally there may be errors in pricing. If the cost of your order differs from the prices originally quoted, we will contact you, either by telephone or email, to request your instructions on how to proceed. Prices listed on our website may differ from those in our shop. We regret that we are not always able to offer the same discounts on items purchased in store. Equine and Country reserves the right to affect changes and these will be notified to you at the time of ordering.

Payment

Payment is taken immediately by our online payment provider Paypal. Paypal offers a secure payment gateway for online credit and debit card processing. By handling our payments in this secure manner it ensures no persons at Equine and Country ever view your card details. If you decide to cancel your order or we cannot fulfil an order, a full refund will be issued to your card via a second Paypal transaction. Do not email your card details. We can accept no responsibility if you provide us with your details in this way. Card fraud is illegal and will always lead to prosecution.

Equine and Country take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering using our website.

Payment can also be made by cheque. Please make all cheques payable to Equine and Country. Please allow 14 working days for payment to clear before your items are dispatched. Items will only be dispatched once your cheque has cleared.

Gift vouchers can easily be redeemed at the checkout by typing in the two codes printed on the gift voucher in the clearly marked boxes on the checkout page. A voucher can be used as full or part payment. If you do not use up the full amount of your voucher in one transaction our computer system will automatically calculate how much remains on the voucher so as the same codes can be used in your next transaction. Vouchers can also be redeemed in store.

Special Orders

We are happy to order special items for you. These being personalized goods, custom fit goods, non stock items and products made in different colours to those stocked. To order such items please phone us on 01434606409. We regret to inform you that all special orders are non-returnable.
